Sales Team Manager in Seabrook, NH

Our client, located near the New Hampshire seacoast, is seeking a professional, creative, dynamic Sales Team Manager. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring and managing new and existing sales representatives. Must be a strong leader with polished presentation skills, the ability to develop, deliver, and reinforce sales training programs, able to multi-task, work well with a team, take charge of projects and meet deadlines. Bachelor?s degree and a minimum of three to five years of corporate sales training and management experience is required. Custom branded merchandise or promotional products industry experience is strongly preferred. MBA is a plus.
